Recently these things have happened

Hello much neglected blog, I am here to write on you about some things that recently have been going on.

My record 'Modern Driveway' came out on Notown, here's a nice review of it in the NME.

I did an interview which is in Italian but also English (at the bottom of the page).

(FYI, I don't speak Italian, so if I sound like an idiot it's because of the translation.  However, if I sound like an idiot in the English one it's because I am an idiot.)

The wonderful Drowned In Sound website made Modern Driveway their single of the week.

Lucy Jones of the Telegraph said some very nice things about me.

and LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the very talented Mr Jon Hopkins did a version of Modern Driveway on the piano.

Gigs, now and in the future.

I just got back from Canada, Mutek was awesome fun, thanks to everyone who came to the picnic, I had a great time!

Next gig is tomorrow (Friday 10th) at Club To Club in Istanbul, I'm not sure what to expect, last time I did Club To Club it was in Turin and I played under the skeletal head of a T-Rex. James will also be playing, which is good cos I missed most of his set in Canada due to an unforeseen clash of poutine and jetlagg...

Then, there's AWAKENINGS festival, 25th June. That looks like it's going to be good.

Also very soon is Rex Club in Paris... there's a Facebook group HERE, join it and be merry.

GIGS. Yeah. Gigs. Ok. gigs. yes. ggs. er...
